ShiDa Night Market 师大夜市: Bull Demon King 牛魔王牛排館

The trip to Taiwan, night market is definitely not to be missed. On the very first day, we’ve already visited Taipei Shi Lin Night Market(士林夜市), but unfortunately I didn’t bring my camera along.

On our 3rd day, we visited another famous night market in Taipei – ShiDa Night Market(师大夜市). An obvious differences here was that there were more young people hanging around in this night market. The night market is just located next to the NTNU (师范大学). I assume there should be a lot school hostels nearby and this night market is the best place where students from NTNU hanging around.

We arrived here by taking the cab from the Taipei 101 Convention Hall. While waiting for the rest to arrive in another cab, we have already bought some snack from the 盐酥鸡 stall at the roadside.

Nevertheless, the main character today is a famous steak house in this night market!

The name “牛魔王” sound quite an interesting for a steak house.

We queued outside the restaurant for a while. It was tough to find a table for 12 persons, especially during the peak hour of a crowded restaurant.

My Korean colleague’s, Ray, iPad has become the best casual gaming machine. The screen is just suitable for multi-players.

Finally, my 1cm thickness “Super Thick Steak” (特厚牛排) has served up. The price of steak various from NT150~290. The price is quite economy for students nearby to enjoy a decent meal. I regretted to order a well-done thick steak. Took me quite a long chew just for a bite.
