It’s Friday! I had dinner with my buddies. We shifted our base to JB this time. It is always more value-worth to dine in Malaysia. We were having dinner at Johor Bahru’s T.G.I Friday’s. It is located at Wisma Jotic opened since 1997.

TGIF JB consider an old western restaurant. From what I know, there isn’t many decent places to enjoy western meal in JB. TGIF is one of the places not to be missed, if you are looking for one.

I have been flipping through the menu from front to rear a few times, not sure whether I was over starving or what, just too many options for me! Especially when the price is in Ringgit! Everything just looks “2.35 times” delicious!

When the waiter asked us whether we want to order any appetizer, we thought the main course just wouldn’t take too long since not many diners at the restaurant, so we skipped it. But we were wrong, from 7:50pm we waited until 8:40pm then the main course was then served.

Luckily they didn’t let us wait until the Brazil vs Portugal match started.

Engchin’s Jack Daniel’s New York Strip.

Marshall’s Chicken & Shrimp

My grilled lamp chop. Though the long bean served together didn’t seem create appetizing appearance to the dish, however the lamp chop was toothsome! My only complain is the food portion is too small, the more i ate the more hungry I was. :(

Elfred’s Honey Pecan Salmon served with herb rice.

The main course couldn’t satisfy me. We ordered 3 Mini Desserts: Strawberry Parfait, Mocha Latte and Snickers Treat.

The final bill RM250+ for 4 person. Average a person around RM62 = SGD26+. My recommendation would be the grilled lamp chop!

A side note: there are TV all around the place, compare to Chili’s, this place is much more comfortable to catch the Word Cup.
