A convenient store was just right next to our hotel. 7 days in Taiwan, I had been loitering there daily to check out interesting snacks and drinks. I also noticed that Taiwan carbonated soft drinks are more gas than ours.
Found this 750ml Heineken fat edition is cute, just make me want to drink beer more. Why don’t we have this in Singapore too?

Compare back to few years ago, more of my high school classmates have come to Singapore to earn a living. Finally I have more “kaki†to eat, drink and have fun. Too bad that day Peitat was sick, he has been none stop coughing for weeks. I haven’t heard from him after that day, hope that wasn’t H1N1.
Malacca Portuguese Seafood and Geographer Cafe

After the night market and revisit of St. Paul Church, we went out for Portuguese seafood at Portuguese Settlement at Ujang Pasir. There were 10 Portuguese seafood stalls over there; we chose the stall number 1. The place looked relatively new, heard the place was revamp 1 year ago.
We ordered black pepper crab, sambal sotong, veg dish… However, the pepper crab appearance didn’t meet our expectation. Was this Portuguese style, served without any gravy!? I’m not a crab lover, but I thought crab served in black pepper crab wouldn’t be wrong. I wouldn’t say that crab not tasty, but just too unusual.
