Over at Mid Valley, we end up having our lunch at Noodle Station. This is my first time trying this restaurant, but also will be my last time. The fried kuey teow is tasteless, worse than normal hawker center.

The Malaysia National Museum is located behind the KL Sentral, but the walkway for pedestrians in Malaysia are not well planned. So even at such a near distance, walking from KL Sentral to the museum need to be caution with the traffic.
KL Morning Street Stroll

We didn’t have an exact destination to go after breakfast, so we started to stroll around Petaling Street, Jalan Raja and Jalan Tun Perak. The street was just getting busy but it was still not over-crowded yet.
KL Place to Eat – Petaling Street Kim Lian Kee 金莲记

My friends told me that Kim Lian Kee Restaurant Hokkien Mee is a place I wouldn’t want to miss in my KL trip. So in KL, my girlfriend and I went over there to take our breakfast or maybe shall call it brunch.
There are two Kim Lian Kee located at Petaling Street. One is the original one which only opens in the evening and the newer one opens from the morning. We reached there around 10am. We were so early that I guess we were their first customer of the day.
3D3N Kuala Lumpur Trip: Day 1

Half a year ago, Tiger Airways had this crazy airfare promotion. But my girlfriend and I wouldn’t want to make a far trip, thus we end up booking our ticket to Kuala Lumpur! The round trip fare for one person was less than SGD25. That was as cheap as taking bus from Johor Bahru Larkin to KL.
But until the few weeks before the trip, Tiger Airways informed us that the cancellation of the flight, we need to choose another flight. WTF!! Luckily they only cancelled the afternoon flight, there were seats for the evening flight. A 4D3N trip had shortened down to 3D3N and of course we still wasted the half day hotel.
On the departure day, my girlfriend super “gan cheong†one. Kept on reminding me to reach airport 2 hours in advance. Just because I once had missed my flight, so …so… listen to her lor.
